Mark Kelly is a Scottish-born illustrator, designer and photographer based in and around Los Angeles. His passion is portraiture and his work gravitates towards the dark, macabre, and melancholy with hints of neon noir.
In addition to his freelance work, Mark also runs Dirty Vortex, a ttRPG publisher and creative studio. Their most recent project, Solemn Vale, recently funded on Kickstarter. .
